To open an account online, you can sign up using your mobile number and E-mail ID on our website. You will receive an OTP on your number and E-mail to start the process.
Yes, it is required to have Aadhar card and mobile number or e-mail id which is updated in Aadhar.
You can only update your Aadhar card details online. If your mobile number is not linked to your Aadhar card then you would need to visit your nearest Aadhar enrolment branch and get the details updated in person.
Yes, Globe E-KYC account opening is completely paperless. This is facilitated through Aadhar and KRA data and all applications need to be E-Signed using Aadhar OTP.
Since the whole account opening is based on OTP validation and online document submission, do not share your details like OTP and other documents with anyone. Globe Capital Market LTD. or any of its representatives do not ask for any OTP or document from customer.

Step 1: Enter your valid Mobile number and E-Mail ID.
Step 2: Mobile number entered should be the same as updated in Aadhar.
Step 3: Provide your PAN number and DOB for KRA verification.
Step 4: If you are already KRA verified, our systems will automatically fetch your address, father name, date of birth, gender. All you need to enter is mother’s name and mother’s maiden name in case of females whose surname is changed post marriage.
If you are non KRA verified, you will be redirected to DigiLocker for address verification using Aadhar. If you have an account with DigiLocker use sing-in else sign up. Make sure your pop up blocker is disabled. You need to enter your father name, nationality, mother's name and mother’s maiden name in case of females whose surname is changed post marriage.
Step 5: Provide additional information (FATCA status, PEP status, education, occupation, income etc.).
Step 6: Enter your bank details (this account will be linked to your trading account).
Step 7: Confirm your brokerage plan.

Step 9: E-sign your application.
E-Sign refers to the electronic signatures or digital signatures. An account opening form has to be authenticated and can be processed only after it has been signed by the client. In context of paperless account opening, we fetch digital signatures of the client which is updated in Aadhar and affix it electronically to authenticate the paperless A/C opening form. The E-Sign is triggered at the time of filling the online account opening form and is validated after OTP verification by the client.
- Your PAN card.
- Signed personalised cancelled cheque to link your bank account. If your cheque is not personalised then the bank statement you upload should have both the IFSC and MICR code printed on it.
- Live photo - Use your mobile camera to click your live photo. Scanned passport size photo or full body photo will not be accepted.
- Scanned copy of your signature proof will be required for uploading.
- Income proof - It is mandatory to submit income proof if you wish to trade in

In case an individual is opening an account using the online process, it would be assumed that the individual has temporarily chosen not to nominate a nominee.

You don’t have to worry at all. In case your application stops in between, you can again go to the main page enter your name, email, mobile number and introducer code. On the next page enter your Pan number and DOB. After entering OTP, you will be redirected to the last saved page. All the details you filled will be intact.
DigiLocker is a flagship initiative of Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) under Digital India Programme. DigiLocker aims at ‘Digital Empowerment’ of citizen by providing access to authentic digital documents to citizen’s digital document wallet. The issued documents in DigiLocker system are deemed to be at par with original physical documents as per Rule 9A of the Information Technology (Preservation and Retention of Information by Intermediaries providing Digital Locker facilities) Rules, 2016 notified on February 8, 2017 vide G.S.R. 711(E).
